Our Cancellation Policy 

At SSDN Travel Group we understand that your travel plans may not remain the same or successful. There can be uncertainties hiccups, emergencies or other reasons to change or cancel the travel plan. To accommodate you with the cancelations at its best, we have formed the following policy. 

Personalized cancellation options – each tour you book with SSDN does have its own cancellation policy and conditions. Its suggested to go through these individual terms in detail before signing up for the package. 

Cancellation for combo tours – SSDN support the cancellation of combo tours. The client can even cancel the single tour from the combo and will be charged for the single tour. Perks and attractions included in the combo will no longer be in effect. 

Visa fee conditions – Tourist visa fees are non-refundable. If paid before cancellation, you cannot get refund for the tourist visa fee. 

No show – no show of the guests for the tour, visits, car-rentals, sightseeing tours or other services is nonrefundable. In this case, SSDN will not even accommodate any rescheduling for pickups, drives, flights, tour or more. 

Cancellation procedures – at SSDN we only process the cancellation requests initiated officially in writing or through our website. Each cancellation is catered under the booking or tour package terms and conditions. After receiving the cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation, any cancellation fee or refund amount (if any applicable) via email, telephone, fax or other communication source. 

SSDN never accommodate verbal or unofficial cancellation requests. Until you will make a proper request for cancellation, we will not process it.
