Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort located in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It offers a unique winter experience in the middle of the desert, allowing visitors to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and various snow-related activities. Here’s a description of what you can expect at Ski Dubai:

Snowy Slopes: Ski Dubai features five different slopes of varying difficulty, including the world’s first indoor black diamond run. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier/snowboarder, there are slopes suitable for all skill levels.
Snow Park: The snow park at Ski Dubai is a fun-filled attraction offering a range of activities and experiences for visitors of all ages. Here you can enjoy snow tubing, tobogganing, climbing towers, giant snowballs, and exploring the interactive snow play area.
Ski/Snowboarding Lessons: Ski Dubai provides professional ski and snowboarding lessons for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Certified instructors are available to help you learn or improve your skills on the slopes.
Winter Experiences: In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Ski Dubai offers unique snow experiences. You can try the Snow Bullet, an indoor zipline that takes you on a thrilling ride above the slopes, or enjoy the Giant Ball, where you roll down a slope inside a giant inflatable ball.

Tour Inclusions

Disposable snow boots and socks
Winter clothes, jacket and pants in different sizes (from S to 4XL)
For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet while downhill skiing
Skaters ages 3 to 13 must wear a helmet at all time
Lockers

Snow Classic:

- Full-day and unlimited access to Snow Park,
- Snow Cavern, Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob sleidgh, Tube Run and Bumper Car
- One-time Ride Chairlift
- One-time Ride Mountain Thriller

Snow Plus:

- Full-day and unlimited access to Snow Park,
- Snow Cavern, Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob sleidgh, Tube Run and Bumper Car
- Unlimited Ride Chairlift
- Unlimited Ride Mountain Thriller
- 2 hours on the slope ( skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope ) OR
- Two rides of the Snow Bullet (zipline)

Tour Exclusion

All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.

Important Information

Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
NOTE – Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.

Cancellation Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

Children below 2 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity
Children from 3 to 13 years will be considered Child.
Children above 14 years will be charged Adult Rates.
