All activities not included in this desert safari, such as quad biking and sand boarding.
All personal expenses with regards to shopping on-site.

Important Information

Please note that the child below 16 can enjoy the desert safari only and will be charged accordingly (NOT allowed for Shisha or Dune buggy)
The infants will NOT be allowed for dune bashing and need to be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed)
Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity
If you have two tables, you need to reserve two butlers, with each butler assigned to serve a table accommodating six guests.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 96 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 96 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
